DATES, FEES, AND REGISTRATION

Parents may reserve a space for their child by registering online, by phone, by fax, or by mail. Spaces for Camp Extreme Tours are on a first come, first serve basis, and only 22 spaces are available per session.  Campers may request bus-mates, and we will do our best to accommodate their requests.  A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold a space, and may be made by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. All forms will need to be completed and returned to our offices before the camper attends. All balances will be due by June 1st, 2008.

This packet must be printed, filled out in full, and faxed or mailed after initial registration.
*Campers spot will not be held until deposit is recieved.
